I follow a structured SDLC: Discovery, Strategy & Planning, Design, Build, Launch, and Support & Iterate. I start by understanding your business, then plan, then build incrementally with weekly demos. You're never left guessing where things stand.

Do you really help with business strategy, not just code?

Yes. I'm business-minded first. I help founders clarify their model, prioritize features and plan the roadmap before any engineering begins. The best software comes from understanding the business it serves, so strategy is part of every engagement.

Do you take small-budget projects?

Absolutely. Small or large budget doesn't matter. What matters is that I take full responsibility for what I build. I've shipped quick MVPs and multi-month platforms alike. The size of the project never changes the ownership I take.

How do you ensure reliability and security?

Security, scalability and load balancing are built in from the start, not added later. I follow OWASP best practices, design for horizontal scale, set up monitoring and alerting, and stay on after launch to maintain and improve what I've built.

What's your tech stack?

React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python and Tailwind CSS on the frontend and backend, with Shopify and WordPress for e-commerce and content, PostgreSQL and Prisma for data, Puppeteer for automation, and Docker, AWS and Vercel for deployment. I choose tools based on what fits your business, never for novelty's sake.

What's a typical timeline?

It depends on scope. A focused MVP can ship in 4 to 6 weeks; a full platform typically takes 3 to 6 months. After discovery I give you a clear timeline with milestones, and we track against it every week.

How do we communicate during a project?

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. I take long-term responsibility for what I build. After launch I offer maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement so your product keeps getting better instead of slowly breaking.
